IntegrateIT was created to support Manitoba’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to build economic growth, create employment and contribute to the welfare of our communities. In March 2022, The Momentum Centre was selected to be Manitoba’s intermediary of the Canada Digital Adoption Program - Grow Your Business Online stream.

SME Micro-grant Component

This program provided eligible businesses with:

A one-time micro-grant of up to $2,400 for costs related to adopting eCommerce and digital marketing activities.

Complimentary access to our eCommerce Advisor team to assist with their project solutioning.

Through IntegrateIT 1080 SMEs were awarded funding approval. At the conclusion of the program, 905 SMEs received eCA support and 859 submitted claims and received grant funding.

Youth Employment Component

IntegrateIT offered post-secondary students and recent graduates meaningful work-integrated learning experiences by hiring them as eCommerce Advisors (eCAs). eCAs worked directly with Manitoba businesses to support eCommerce adoption and build digital marketing strategies tailored to business needs.

By blending hands-on career experience with ongoing professional development, TMC nurtured growth—helping eCAs build confidence, sharpen their skills, and envision themselves as future-ready leaders. This approach prepared them for what’s next, but also laid a foundation to contribute with purpose and creativity.
