The Momentum Centre TMC provides employability skills, resiliency coaching, professional development training, work experience along with retention and advancement supports. This innovative approach enables smooth transitions to employment while focusing on talent pipeline development.
Momentum Now! is a 32-week employment intervention for youth (18 to 30) who are or are at risk of dependency on income supports. Through a unique blend of professional development and paid work experience, TMC works with youth to equip them with the tools, confidence, and real-world exposure they need to thrive in today’s workforce.
