Through a unique blend of professional development and paid work experience, TMC works with youth to equip them with the tools, confidence, and real-world exposure they need to thrive in today’s workforce. Participants participating in Momentum Now! will access professional development and wraparound supports!
At the same time, TMC is seeking partnerships with businesses to provide them with motivated, emerging talent, helping them to meet their operational needs while mentoring the next generation of professionals. Business partners participating in Momentum Now! will receive wage subsidies and placement support from TMC.
